Decentr 1.7 released — improved PDV and handling of wallets/extensions.

We are pleased to present a new and long-awaited functionality — PDV2!

PDV is right now being determined by the overall browsing patterns and data generated — you can turn on and off the data collection in the settings

1. Upcoming PDV Value Implementation and Reward System
   The PDV (Personal Data Value) feature will remain internal for the next few months as we refine our system and implement sophisticated anti-fraud measures. Once these enhancements are in place, the PDV value will be displayed in a newly designed user interface. During this period, users can verify their rewards through the explorer. Detailed instructions on how to do this will be shared later this month.
2. Introducing Reward Multipliers and optional KYC
   To incentivize participation, we will introduce additional multipliers to the PDV rewards for users who hold, stake, or purchase $DEC tokens. Moreover, we will offer an optional KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which will also provide a reward multiplier. Users will have the flexibility to choose from various KYC service providers. To qualify for the initial rewards, ensure that your balance is at least 100 $DEC by the end of July. Note that the requirements may be updated as we proceed.
3. Reward Distribution
   Rewards for July will be disbursed on August 1st. The initial reward pool is set at 200,000 $DEC equivalent, distributed among the top data contributors. The exact amount will be adjusted based on the prices provided by data brokers. Moving forward, reward distribution will transition to a blockchain-based mechanism, ensuring decentralized signing, encryption, and distribution to data brokers.

Wallet Management Enhancements
In our continuous effort to improve user experience, we have ensured that preinstalled wallets, such as XDEFI and Leap, can be updated automatically. Users also retain the option to remove these wallets as desired.
